Terms & Conditions
1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid national or international driver's license for a minimum of 2 years. A physical passport and license must be presented during the pick-up counter inspection.
2. SECURITY DEPOSIT & INSURANCE
A credit card pre-authorization is required for the security deposit under the main driver's name. This hold is automatically released upon returning the vehicle in its original, undamaged condition.
3. VEHICLE DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Delivery and collection at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) and Casablanca Airport (CMN) are complimentary 24/7. It is the renter's responsibility to inspect the vehicle details and sign the check-out sheet before departure.
4. FUEL & MILEAGE POLICY
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same level. A standard refuelling fee applies for missing fuel. Unlimited mileage is included in all standard luxury rentals.
